The National Director of Sales for Identity and Access Management (IaM) will be leading the North American sales efforts for our IaM business. In addition to setting strategy on sales efforts, he/she will also lead a team of 8 sr. sales reps to target premium accounts throughout North America.
Individuals in this role should possess a deep understanding of the IaM marketplace and depth of Enterprise Software and Best of Breed sales experience within the Fortune 1000 enabling them to comfortably lead teams to discuss business and technology issues with C-Level IT and business managers. This position can be located in any major city in the US. The successful candidate will be able to:
- Develop strategic sales plans to ensure continued revenue growth for Quest’s IaM solutions.
- Manage, motivate and drive staff to strategically sell into premium accounts
- Demonstrate a track record of success in selling complex software solutions
- Sell software solutions to senior management, including C-level executives
- Demonstrate accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills
